A serious survey of the New Testament will show that the person needing healing does not have to have faith to be healed. While it is a good thing, it is not needed if the minister has faith for them. Satan has deceived many Christians into not believing this Biblical truth and has therefore effectively stripped the Church, as a whole, of Her power to be a witness to the world in need of the Messiah.
