Firstly, we are called primarily to minister teaching to the Body of Christ. We equip them and train them HOW to do the works of Jesus by His Holy Spirit. We make the assumption that if you are a Christian seeking answers on how to minister to people in need of His love byway of manifestions of His power, then you already have a strong relationship with Him. Secondly, in true ministries and church-fellowships, there is no shortage of this aspect of the Christian life. While that is a VERY good thing, it still does not answer certain questions and explain HOW Jesus meant for His people to operate in Healing and Miracles. We are one of the few ministries addressing the HOW, we assume you have the WHO.
